چکیده

Glaucosciadium cordifolium is distributed in Central Anatolia, the Mediterranean region and Northern Cyprus. It has been used traditional medicine as an aphrodisiac. In present study essential oil content, components antioxidant properties of G. plant collected from natural location were determined. was observed that content obtained fresh dry parts differed. The highest ratio (1.40%) dried leaf, while lowest (0.15%) stem. Analysis results showed main 1-phellandrene (9.23-34.08%), α-pinene (10.23-31.95%), dl-limonene (10.39-22.21%) cis-ocimine (6.84-12.45%). addition, some these higher parts, others parts. terms properties, values well ratio. While maximum radical scavenging activity (32.70%) stem, value (16.63%) leaves. Bangladesh J. Bot. 51(3): 573-579, 2022 (September)
